First in MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning)

We are also the FIRST bus & coach manufacturer in Singapore to employ MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) in our production and operations company wide, which enhances our production efficiency and ability to serve our customer better.

This MRP system is a computer integration of Sales, Production planning, Shopfloor Control, Engineering design, Purchasing & Warehousing, Quality control system, Delivery schedule & Accounting operations in a central network.

This will mean information can be made available on-line; Parts availability can be checked instantly & quotation generated on-line. Sales orders can be processed immediately and work order generated to the respective departments. Production schedule and delivery can therefore be closely monitored.

Bar-Coding System

All spare parts & materials in the warehouse are controlled via bar-coding system. This enhances quick check and retrieval of the spare parts required.
